The build of these weights are overall very good however they take a very long time to tighten and get in place

The dumbells work for a cheap option they are sand weights inside and plastic so i would not advise throwing this on the ground without thick padding

The bar included does work and allows you to do some light bench presses but is not ideal due to the weight limitations

One annoying thing is the locking screws keep coming loose so i suggest you check for tightness every day of use
