Pros
Light weight lifting and toning this is great. I find it pretty useful for toning my arms. Lots of plates for workout.
The weights are easy to assemble and the overall training impact is good! Has an instruction booklet and shows the different ways to use them. Used several times per week.
Cons
The bar isn't really long enough to do squats if you're a man or just tall in general. Also not labeled in pounds, only kilos, so good luck american bros. No option to contact business no option to buy heavier weights.
This is my first product i bought that was from a false advertisement. Returning to sender. Not worth the price.

The dull bell can work for abs and arms, good quality and for people who don’t have time to gym, it is a great choice to exercise at home
Easy assembly and comes with wrist bands and fingerless gloves.
You have to screw it on and off like you are opening a unopened water bottle each time.
No problems with it so far just don’t put too much pressure on the direct center of the bar or it risks cracking and breaking.

It's a good value per pound as far as weights go.

First the weight amount they show is the total amount of weight

Lastly i’m pretty sure the bar in the middle is just thick plastic

If you want to do squats with it then you will only be able to half the weights as it will rest the weight plates themselves on your shoulders which is uncomfortable

Sometimes my screws gets loosen and have to tighten after every set
