Well packaged and everything as advertised.

It’s not amazons fault seems, to be the seller/warehouse. Items just thrown in box with no packing.

Also they get loose by themselves and they also are not very strong when they are connected by the middle weight bar.

It all came in good but didn’t come with the red things to hold the weights to make sure it doesn’t fall off

The dumbells work for a cheap option they are sand weights inside and plastic so i would not advise throwing this on the ground without thick padding

The bar included does work and allows you to do some light bench presses but is not ideal due to the weight limitations

One annoying thing is the locking screws keep coming loose so i suggest you check for tightness every day of use

Thought the thing was breaking as there was lots of flex but tightened the screws and everything was fine
