Pros & Cons
Pros
This adhesive sticks incredibly well and works right away, no curing time. It sticks very well, does its job of transferring heat and is easy to apply. Sticky and affixed my large 160mm x 60mm heat sinks to my ebike controllers.
For quick matchups requiring good thermal conductance this seems to be a very good solution.
Cons
Received lumpy roll of chinese tape with no brand markings. Only one of the tape-mounted cobs still functions. Stick with the known working solution - cpu heatsink mount paste.
Highlights
Quality
Easy to install on the heatsink and trim to size with an xacto knife for a perfect fit.
This tape joins two thingsthe adhesion is quite goodit will last, five star
Pros: extremely strong, sticky, vapor thin tape able to do tough jobs.
Ran stress tests throttling the cpu with pi 3 @ 1350 mhz, while staying under 65 degrees c the entire time.
Price
Good value and with 25 meters of it, i will never need to buy more.
$14 may seem like a lot, but you get more tape than you will need for the average person.
I’m always in favor of paying just a little bit more to get something that tends to work better.
Packaging/appearance
The tape came perfectly packed and in very good shape.
Competitiveness
I scavenged one from a competitor brand but i couldn't bolt it on.
Like many others i received a generic brand (no blucell logo on the spool) but it seems to work fine.
That’s compared to another product that my son had purchased which doesn’t really seem to have as good adhesion but certainly was cheaper.

I’d certainly recommend this for your heat sink application purposes though the whole rationale of heat sinks on vram seems somewhat controversial i suppose
