Pros
This clipper is compact and easy to use. No effort needed to cut the needle.
Device allows you to super easily clip the needle off of the syringe. It makes syringe disposal a breeze. I've been using arizona tea *; regular milk * are relatively flimsy.
This holds a lot of needles/lancet and has made my life easier. I only regret that i cannot give this six stars. It's one of those purchases that i would absolutely make again with no hesitation whatsoever.
I really am glad that i bought this because it makes traveling so much easier and my bag less bulky. I love that it is small and portable. Easy to use and compact.
Cons
They are full and don't clip the needles. Tried inserting another needle but it was broken. First time i used it it did not clip the needle flush to the syringe, so there is still a sharp sticking out.

If it hasn't, it must go in the familiar red sharps container, or another heavy-duty container, with its cap duct-taped on place.
I've used this needle clipping device for both the syringes (31g) and the lancets (28g, 30g, and 32g), and it works fine for all of them.

Even if you used a needle a day it would take 4 years before needing to be disposed of this device

Once you use your insulin needle you just insert the needle in this device it clips the needle right off at the base and you can throw the rest of the needle in the trash

This thing can hold a good amount of needles and once you clip the needle you can casually throw the clipped syringe in the trash
