Just when you think it's finally settled, it disconnects one more time. Can't return. No recourse whatsoever. The product support troubleshooting instructions and videos don't address the problem; they only review the operating instructions.

Its bad. I'm ticked off. Still annoying. Not worth the price. Very regrettable purchase.
