My old steamer was shaped like an iron hard to hold and steam no on off button small water tank and water turned brown after 3 uses

The first unit came in without steam but a phone call to customer service took care of the problem and they sent in a replacement unit that works fine

The power button turns the device on with a blinking red light indicating that the device is heating up

The second button when pushed turns the indicator light green and steam immediately begins pushing out

The benefit here is that you can use the 2nd button to control when the steam comes out so if you have to the set the steamer down to adjust your garment you can keep the heating elements on without letting your steam go to waste

Never hold the steamer facing 90 degrees upwards or tilted upwards
