When i first received the belt i wore it under my clothes just as i was going about my day just sitting in my chair at home and although i wasnt doing that much moving around there was a fine layer of sweat underneath the belt when i removed it

So if you have slightly loose exercising clothes you can easily put it on and no one will realise you are wearing something like a waist trimmer belt underneath your clothes

Very nice but have a bad chemical smell had to wash is before using
