The wedge pillow measures 24 long * 24 wide * 11 inches tall. It is not as perfectly shaped as the one in the pic but close enough. No kinked/pinched neck and very comfortable. Very orthopedic and soft.

This wedge pillow is super helpful in relieving my sciatica, as well as comfort to put on its flat edge and prop up. This is really versatile - use it to elevate your head if you have a cold and can't breathe while sleeping.

This product is a competitive value, and was less pricey than other multi-piece sets. This presents two possible issues:1. Buying one for hubby,for his issues.

The material of this pillow is very durable, love that i can take the case off and wash it. I'm also impressed by the sturdiness of the foam, and by the thick, washable cover.

Pillow has a strong, persistent, chemical odor that does not dissipate. The pillow itself is very nice but there is a very strong mildew smell to it. I wake up with a worse backache and my arms are usually numb.
