Pros
Once you get it sorted out, it’s pretty easy to control. Wi-fi capable and it a neat little thing. That is the kind of customization you expect from a premium product like this. Small annoyance is that it lights up when you touch the main controls.
The remote is designed very well and the android app is top-notch. The motor is way more powerful than i thought it would be and the sound is minimal. Put batteries in remote/ use phone and follow instructions. The remote stays on the bed next to me.
Sheets allow temp control of either the whole bed or half, or dual zone if you have 2 machines. They also make a bed sheet specifically for this. My only feedback negative feedback is they need to include the special sheet for cooling.
After several minutes on turbo heat at 109 degrees, i get in to bed savoring the dry warmth that is blowing from the bedjet nozzle. It’s also great that you can set it for hot or cold and adjust the temperate, fan level, and set favorites.
The bedjet creates a nice floof that makes the bed feel nice and airy. You never feel like you're sleeping in a sauna. The mattress feels like a normal sheet unlike the sleep number pad.
Cons
The app is very clunky, the remote is better for quicker things but equally clunky when it comes to biorhythms. Buyer beware and keep record of amazon return policy.
Bedjet has no cooling capability. It only uses ambient air to cool the top of you. The sheet isn’t even colder than the room temp.

Constant nightly and at time daily use for months and it is still working great!
100% recommend getting the sheet as well, i started out without it and the unit would blow directly on my feet and freeze my feet and legs.
Simple setup means 10min after unboxing, you’re ready for a nap!
Price
It will literally save me thousands of dollars in electric costs per year.
