Pros

The bed jet has a million options to adjust the fan speed and temperature. The customer service is excellent. The fan is quiet and powerful. Both are awesome!

It blows cold under the sheets perfectly, not too much like the one negative video would lead you to believe. The only downside is that it isn't strong enough to be used at the same time as a weighted blanket.

Cons

It disconnects constantly despite being new. Then it keeps disconnecting from the phone and won't reconnect. There has not been any update to the app for years.

I received it, and set it up on my bed on a friday.

I got this on prime day and the discount made it worth trying.

The bed jet arrived 2 days earlier (the sheets were delayed).

There responses were faster than i could type the question to them!

Competitiveness

Honestly, i would rebuy it over others if not for the well-made bedjet remote controller.

I bought two of the bedjet 3 instead of the dual zone - and the king dual side sheet.
