It is heavy in that it is a well made king sized blanket but not in a way that feels like an actual weighted blanket when you are laying beneath it

It will not fit in the washing machine unless you have an industrial sized washer so a quick trip to the laundromat will get it cleaned and fluffed up nicely

The two sides are made of different materials one side is soft warm flannel and the other side is striped fur that feels luxurious and beautiful

One side is flannel and is smooth and warm…the other side is faux rabbit fur that is soft and luxurious feeling
