It came in a compact package keeping the air out & as soon as we broke the air seal it started to puff up to comforter level.
As others have mentioned, it is wrinkled after opening package but once spread on the bed it has begun to flatten out.

Im not sure whybit has a high return rate because its super soft comfortable and pretty and for the proce easy to swap out when im tired of sage

The feel is nice i only had two issues one is the spot cleaning doesn’t work easily and the other one is when you wash it make sure you air dry it
