It does seem to come out quite fast it has a plastic stopper that is essentially supposed to limit the amount that comes out to 1 drop at a time and most products with this type of stopper you literally have to wait a second for a drop to build up and fall out but this drips steadily with just a slight tilt that is the only reason im giving it 4 stars ultimately the one i got could just be defective
