I was already over budget compared to beelink before the cpu and mobo not to mention the win 11 pro license.
Eventually, i did switch out the cheap kvm for another slightly less cheap kvm and have almost no flicker.

However you may want to get a usb sound card because the only connector for the speakers in on the front face of the pc
