Pros

Lenovo desktop that was 4 years old when i set it up as an untangle firewall. Support a 4k monitor and two ethernet ports. This is now the boundary firewall on my network and it has been working flawlessly for over 1 month.

Computer works great, i leave it on 24 seven and it does not overheat. Then brought this one works like a charm.

I only wish that windows defender antivirus wasn't hammering the cpu usage while i was making a backup. The downside is that there is no easy reference to install anything on the beelink vs.

Cons

It also suffers from severe interference on 2. It has a bad nic and a bad hdmi port.

The bk55 is using less than 25% of ram and the cpu load seldom hits 2%right now i’m very satisfied with the bk55.

Thanks beelink for an affordable, quality device with 2 gbit ethernet network ports that are key to my network implementation.

Untangle does not appear to work well with the non-intel interface.

This appears to be an updated model and does not have a card slot (as is shown in a couple of the images on the product page).

Shipping

It took about 3-1/2 weeks for the package to arrive yesterday (probably not helped by the christmas shipping season :-).

Setting up windows 10 pro was fast and trouble free although installing the many updates took a while.

Packaging/appearance

Packaging was very sturdy and well designed and protected the product during shipping to me in thailand.

Competitiveness

I added a wd blue 500gb ssd and had no problems at all.

I tried running win10 and then run a virtual machine but had issues with windows.

I bought this box to install either a pfsense or sophos xg/utm firewall.

It is quite cute that you get a win10 pro license with it.
