Pros
Ser and sei series have a fan that draws air in through the top mesh. Replaced a dell desktop with a bad case of the slows. Quiet, faster than the old spinning rust intel win 10 desktop. Wi-fi 6 network adapter is super quick.
Soo quite and power efficent. Out of the box, the small form factor was sleek. Power issue, although irksome, is not a show stopper.

It's not a 1k gaming rig but it can handle newer games on mid. The included power adapter is sufficiently small, but it would be nice if it were integrated into the pc. It also comes with a gb ethernet adapter.

Well, bad luck kiddo. It’s extremely disappointing. I suspect they may not even be fully legitimate.

Amazing product, work with bluetooth mouse and keyboard without dongle no more cable.
Got this for my mom to give her a good quality easy to use desktop.
No bloatware at all (standard nominal windows stuff that is quickly purged in seconds).
It doesn't have a solid graphics card for gaming, but i was looking for something to run a cad program and cnc mill anyway.
Price
Very good value for what you get with this pc.
For the cost and performance, i would definitely recommend this impressive mini-pc.
Instead, i paid $320 for this little box.
It does what i wanted it for at a decent price.
