Working really good. And at a tremendous nprice. He is stoked. Soo far soo good.
Bought this to replace my old desktop. Plugged it and worked like a charm. Bought this and an aoc 32in curved monitor to replace his wife's hp laptop.
This little pc is super quiet and super fast for the money spent. The unit stays cool, even under load and it's a very quiet machine.
Cons
It keeps on crashing. I try to reset the computer, so i can return it, and it crashes then too. Not sure what to do, lol.

Very nice micro computer with good gaming power and able to expand ram if needed.
At first, soon after starting, the screen on my primary monitor, an old hpw1858 with a vga port, kept going intermittently black.
1 gigahertz for short bursts, until the system throttled back due to heat limit constraints.
Price
This one seemed almost perfect with a bargain price.
It's definitely wysiwyg and at a great price point.
I purchased the computer, 34-inch monitor, and back lit keyboard for a little more than $700.
Got two cheap and two high quality wireless controllers.
Shipping
It took about a week for the computer to arrive.
Was super quick to set up and downloaded updates took very little time.
Although, this particular beelink ser8 mini pc was totally virus free upon delivery, it sure is better to be safe than sorry.
Packaging/appearance
As a media box it's also a dream.
Unpacked it plugged it in and it started installing win 11, completing the task with no issues or concerns.
The device came packaged in a neat box.
I heard the amazon guy slap the box on the table outside.
Competitiveness
Modern ports, quality look and feel, ryzen is plenty fast and better at graphics than intel.
I did run a gpu test using 3dmark and it scored horribly compared to modern gpus.
Unlike their competitors, the beelink was completely free of any bloatware & malware.
I did my research, compared it to the standard tower cpu and an all-in-one system.

Rending a 30 second animated gift on my lenovo took around 90 seconds and on this beelink its 4 to 5 seconds

Just be sure you use the back usb ports for your keyboardmouse usb dongle or the wakeup on keyboard touch or mouse movement will not work to wake the pc when its sleeping

Took a total of not even 5 minutes to set up and i feel that its just as good as getting a desktop
