Pros
This thing is a beast. The tiny footprint is amazing. Microsoft 360, zoom and playing a movie all at once ( when on a meeting) no problems.
The unit is very fast on boot, shutdown and running any programs. The intel gpu offers quick sync for offloading transcodes from the cpu. Runs my wifi cable very well.
The windows install is clean and straight forward with no bloatware. And with a ssd internally, it blazes compared to my old laptop.

It has great speed, video quality, is quiet, and has a small footprint.
Everything works as it should, i’m very happy with the product so far.
I did not rate camera quality and gave tech support only an ok rating.
If they can resolve this issue it would be a 5 star product.

It is outstanding so far - great little computer for the price i paid for it.

Shipping
I love the size it is fast and all that you would find in a large computer
The fan is not running fast so i know it has some additional ability to move air.
Packaging/appearance
Works almost straight away out of the box.

I'm using this pc with a lepow 15 monitor and logitech wired keyboard and mouse through an amazon basics 4 port unpowered hub.
I recently replaced a miniforums pc with a 8th gen intel i5-8279u(up to 4.
Then install latest intel chipset inf utility.
Remember: only drives 4k monitor at 30hz which is fine for what i needed.

It takes up very little space very little power and its easy enough to remote into so i dont even need to attach a monitor keyboard or mouse except to configure it initially
