I added a 256gb usb drive to the back for $30 rather than upgrade the internal drive for more $$$.

Once they received the package, they let me know they would be sending out a new unit.
After progressing through and getting the warranty accepted, i packaged up the unit and sent it off to the address provided.
Competitiveness
For example one with a intel i5 - i7 or amd 5700 - 5800 or better processor.
I'll probably get more of these as win10 is coming to an end and my other media pcs can't run win11.

The bottom of the computer is easily removed with four small screws and all the upgradable components are easily accessible immediately upon opening the computer

Cons the machine gets to 7080c under load in a 22c room which is what my home is usually heated to
