Pros

Worked right away as it was powered up. Overall, it is a good computer for my kids to work on their homework. I think we will be trying another model for gaming now that i know this company is quality at a great price point.

    Kinda upset it did not have an extra slot for ram it has extra slot for solid state storage but i had a crucial 8gb ddr4 sitting around when i when i opened the pc i was sadly mistaken that it only accepts 1slot of ram so if i want to upgrade witch i dont need to for the office application im using it for 8gb is more then enough i would have to buy a 16gb ddr4 and replace the 8
