Pros

The small footprint of this mini pc is great for small projects and portability. One thing i love the most is the small footprint this minipc has.

The windows 11 setup was streamlined out of the box. The bios is wide open for messing around with whatever settings you would want.

Cons

The beelink mini pc freezes, then shuts down and reboots about once or twice per day. They've stated before they will send a replacement machine, we have to send the faulty one back.

Quality

I have an holder intel nuc as well and although that is built a little better, for the price difference i'm happy with the beelink.

This will be a blue iris box and i wont have to mess with the os on a regular basis.

I have an extended warranty just in case but that lack of trust is not something i am totally comfortable with.

The onboard realtek nic can't be used because the vib with the driver isn't signed and can't be installed in esxi8.

Price

Again i contacted beelink who honored their price guarantee.

With regular file saves it has not cost me much work time and i am currently looking for a reliable 19vdc-3a power supply to replace it.

Shipping

Shipping was fast and the unit as described.

It is not as fast as my desktop but i wasn't expecting it to be.

I got the box to see if it would be fast enough to run blue iris software.

Packaging/appearance

All the screws for the mother board were loose and the one was floating around in the box.

Competitiveness

This unit came with windows 11 pro installed, and has 16gb of ram with a 512gb ssd.

This mini computer replaced our 11-year old tower computer.

Instead, my youngest child adopted it as a roblox gaming station.

I just would have preferred it to have been made in the usa.
