Pros

I5-8279u has 16gb of ram and 500gb of hard drive. Usb ports include two usb-c and one usb-3. It has a 1tb hard drive that writes 60mb images to its hard drive extremely fast. Good ethernet speed, good usb speed, very fast ssd speed.

Installed ful version of microsoft office runs flawlessly. Multiple reboots needed, this is normal or you will have an unstable machine that may reboot on you.

Cons

Only just 4 months of basic use (school work, internet browsing, etc. Even tried to reset the pc, still the same. Their tech support is non-existent.

Assume no more than an inch or so gap space, then locate the side with the cable and open like a book.

Also after reading the reviews i read that some people had issues with over heating, poor sound quality, and the pc just dying on them.

Installed a 1tb ssd after setup and use this on a desk, attached to the back of my monitor.

I bought this sei8 and a crucial 2tb ssd (this mini pc has space for a 7mm 2.

Haven't tried the bluetooth, but network speed was blazing with both 5ghz wifi and with a cat6 wire to the router.

I added a 500gb ssd to it and another 16gb ram to it = 32gb ram.
