Pros

Tiny footprint, big power. Easy to set up. Very compact.

Buying this pc at around 200 bucks beats buying a refurbished pc at a lower price. The pc is very durable for its size and appearance. A great replacement for my mac mini at a fraction of the cost.

Pentium celeron processor with 16gb of ram and 512gb of ram. Perfmonitor 2 cpu usage graphs are attached. Supports m. Ssd expansion bay and a micro sd card slot. Windows 11 pro was installed as stated in the product description.

Arrived sealed in box. Was relieved to see that. Recommend regular computer maintenance to be run like cleaning history cache and installing some antivirus software on it. All of my apps run great!

Cons

Customer service is non existent. Would not reliably detect the m2 drive on boot. Your stuck to the ssd they install a second ssd won't boot and win11 makes it almost useless.

It fired up right out of the box.

Right out of the box, it boots up with no issues and within 10 minutes after answering the prompts it was up and running.

Competitiveness

Compared to several brands and finally decided to buy this one.

Since it also has 16gb of dual-channel ddr4 and 512gb ssd, you can actually use this for some heavy multi-tasking.

Loved that it was already installed with windows 11 as some competitors out there don’t have that already installed or have older system.

I purchased a 1tb ssd and easily installed it.
