Quality
So far i'm very happy with the unit.
I am very much satisfied with the compact design, portability and great quality at a great price.
If i got a laptop with the same specs, it would have cost at least $950.
They sent me a pdf file for the manual and suggested i get in touch with the seller from amazon for a missing cable.
Price
It's a fantastic computer at a fantastic price, very fast.
The 500gb intel nvme is plenty for now though.
Shipping
Other than that, it was very easy to set up and seems very fast surfing the net.
I really expected it not to work because i am sure it was thown around during shipping.
Packaging/appearance
Set up is incredibly simple right out of the box.
Competitiveness
It definitely outpaced my expectations and definitely a good competitor to the laptops.
Purchased to replace an aging full-size desktop pc.
One problem i have so far is that it doesn't let me upgrade to a 1tb samsung nvme 980.
My docking stations are larger than this pc!

Elden ring was a bit too much for the system however there are ways of adding on an external gpu which i plan on doing

I run the following on this little computer and have yet to hit anywhere close to 50 cpu or anything above 5gb of ram as shown in the attached grafana dashboard portainer a bookstack instance cadvisor calibre codeserver dagster dagit instance dagster daemon instance drone ci drone ci agent 2x ghost instances gitea grafana homer joplin all the arrs metabase node exporter a django instance wallabag some other various appsthe only thing i will mention that has nothing to do with the product but does with its use is if you create a dual boot instance with ubuntu server do not use snap docker

Snap managed docker was a headache and constantly would crash

This was listed as having windows 11 pro but it actually came with windows 10

However with only two usb ports expanding it with additional peripheral devices is rather hard and limited

Well i cannot see me using this as my primary gaming machine it is perfect for a second computer in the office at home
