It's my first time purchasing a minipc and it runs surprisingly fast! Was kind of surprised at the size but packs a punch performance wise.
Ssd storage and ram are expandable! This can be remedied by connecting an external hub. Hdmi ports to support (2) displays. Also uses bluetooth connectivity.

I purchased the version with 16gb ram and 500gb ssd storage which fits my needs and interned usage with the perfect balance!
I took a gamble on this mini pc and i was pleasantly surprised.

Beelink seems solid customer service i had was fast and easy.
Setup was very fast out of the box.
Packaging/appearance
Includes a small vesa mount and screws in the package to save 100% of your desk space!
Keyboard, mouse and webcam will occupy (3) of the (4) usb-a ports on the minipc.
Competitiveness
It does everything and more than my wife's hp laptop.
I added a 2tb hard drive and 16gb stick of ddr4 ram for a total of 24gb of ram.

It doesnt over heat at all not even getting warm thanks to the many vents on the top sides and back of the mini pc

Graphics is integrated not dedicated and can only run triple aaa games on low or medium settings for the smoothest gameplays

Hdmi cables are very short you may want to consider purchasing longer ones separately depending on your setup

The power cord is very short so you may also need to consider getting an extension cord depending on your setup and the distance from your monitorsdesk to the nearest power outlet
