Beelink knows how to make nuc's and this one is really good. Ryzen 7 handles everything you throw at it. Bought this for my gf in july 2023.
Incredible deal for a machine w/ 32gb of ram. Plus room to add an ssd or swap out for a larger m. Found their homes, tightened them up, and haven't had any trouble since. It's worth the cost.
The only issue i've encountered is when running a desktop vm from this machine while accessing it from the same machine. Runs linux perfectly. Stays pretty cool temp-wise, and runs everything - games will perform as they would on an equivalent desktop... Read More
It's very well designed, shockingly quiet for an active cooled computer, even when under load. Should always plan for adequate airflow (read fully unobstructed with reasonable movement) the speed is so fast.
The performance with 3d mapping software output at 4k is flawless. It surfs the web beautifully and youtube videos are no problem. There is no lag or buffering using plex on roku.
Cons
Pluggng something into one of them crashes computor. Within 36 hours the pc has developed a ticking sounds it sounds like a faulty fan. It also at least for my set up will display the wrong format when coming out of hibernation.

Competitiveness
The machine is faster than my amd ryzen 5 atx machine and it uses 1/4 the power of my old machine.
Much faster compared to the earlier 4 core intel powered u59 model.
I know there are other mini pc brands available, but i see no reason to look beyond beelink unless something changes.
With the option to run this in performance mode and similar performance it isn't worth paying more for an 8945hs based option.

This thing isnt going to play 4k aaa games but at 1080p with its integrated gpu its handling things like world of warcraft at high to ultra settings at mostly 4050 fps
