Thank goodness amazon has a hassle free return policy. I like the idea of a small form factor high performance pc, but the quality control just isn't there yet.

Very easy to set up and very compact
This product is easy to use and setup.
The graphics aren't rtx quality but they are pretty good for everything i have done so far.
The pc has blue tooth, wifi6, 32gb memory, dual hdmi ports, four usb3 ports, and one usb-c port.
Competitiveness
Even though, it's less price than other competitive pcs, and compact size.
