Removed screws and installed to hold mother board down, works great, very impressed, low amp draw, less than equivalent asus laptop.
I have found the poor product descriptions, and extreme lack of info on theirwebsite to make this difficult.
The reason for that drop is that my beelink ser5 is generally not capable of restarting unless totally disconnected from its power supply.
Price
For the price you can not beat the performance and specifications of these machines.
If you're in the market for a nuc form-factor pc, this thing is a great value.
I really did not want to spend what a new desktop pc would cost and found these "mini-pc's" while browsing amazon.
For the price, you couldn't build anything like this and it's nearly invisible!

I suggest perspective customers for this unit avoid it and look elsewhere either for a different model or different manufacturer.
Had a similar issue with the trigkey unit, but the replacement unit hdmi connection worked fine.

Make sure you go into the old control panel power options and set the power plan to high performance otherwise you wont get the full performance of the cpu
