Fan is not noisy and doesn't distract me when i have headphones on. Even under heavy load, the noise level remains minimal, ensuring a distraction-free work environment. I was shocked at performance speed.

Cons

This machine ships with a defective motherboard. This problem is due to the defective motherboards we purchased. Shuts down and locks up after 20 mins of streaming.

If ever there was a case for a recommendation to buy something else this is it. Bad seller support.

Very impressed with the build quality, size and functionality.

The ram and memory are good quality, so far i have seen all crucial/mircon nvme and ram installed.

About 8 months in, the speaker jack stopped working.

Just recently added a second screen via the usb-c connection and audio outlet quit.

For the price and quality it exceeded my expectation

Great value can stream my shows on 4k and has a fast response for editing videos 🙂

Packaging/appearance

This much power packed in a small package is incredible.

Nice and small but packs a decent amount of computing power.

Competitiveness

It only happens to the 1440p monitor, never my 1080p monitor (both are running concurrently).

The pc would likely be more powerful than most laptops, and the space and weight consumption would likely be less than the laptop.

Now, a few months later i bought the ser5 with the ryzen 7 5800h, 512gb ssd, and 16gb ram on sale.
