Cons
Everything is not up to spec on the paper and more importantly, it disconnects you every now and then. But the networking, is a big disappointment.

All together for $320 each both me and the users are happy with the upgrade.
It could even act as an access point with the included wifi.
Received a defective product first, but worked things out with the seller.
