Pros & Cons
Pros
Overall, i think this was a good deal, especially if you know what you need to do to make it more playable. The perfect gift, my granddaughter loves it.
My only real complaint (other than the strap silliness) is the quality control. Great quality for the price. Good customer service.
The string height at the first fret/nut is actually reall good. The clip-on digital tuner is very helpful. It includes the truss and truss adjustment that stabilizes the neck against the stretch of the guitar strings.
This one is pretty close in size to the kala baritone uke. It's pretty sturdy though, no problems from my son accidentally * it into the table.
Cons
The high e string always has a buzzing sound. It is nigh impossible to tune the guitar and have it maintain tuning.
Highlights
Quality
It has a hard plastic (or something similar) body that feels very solid and feels like it will last a long time as well.
Sounds good and the quality is amazing.
Tune pegs are very hard to turn, bridge & nut are too high for small children hands.
First off, the action is set too high, even for a steel string player like me.
Price
Great 1/4 scale guitar for a budget price.
Great for the price and good quality
Overall, i paid $95 for a piece of junk.
Found this for her on amazon and was blown away by the price.
Shipping
This guitar arrived promptly, and well packaged.
To receive the warranty you have to write a review.
Packaging/appearance
It was well packaged nothing damaged except the box and i blame that on amazon.
Competitiveness
This was not so for a competitor we purchased and returned since it was poorly made and didn't hold a tune at all!
A big brand name was twice the cost or more, which wasn't reasonable for what may be a passing interest for our grandchild.
This one is pretty close in size to the kala baritone uke, and quite a bit bigger than the guitalele.
I chose the 30” version because i also have a kala baritone ukelele and a yamaha guitalele.

As others have mentioned theres no attachment point at the top for the strap and the carry case is just a basic bag to keep dust off it

Amazon sent me a second one and it had similar problems plus some chips up at the top of the neck
