When i use a rca adaptor to connect to a cassette deck it skips beats. When i use the cable directly on a preamp mixer and connect to the computer, it also skips beats.

Heres what i did in windows 10control panel gt sound gt recordingthen i selected microphone usb pnp audio device then clicked propertiesthen i clicked the advanced tab
