Pros
Used to calibrate newly installed speakers using smaart v8. If you have the m32 or x32, they have a built in rta and pink noise generator.
That's pretty impressive. Seems fairly accurate. See the pic.
Product is excellent. Works very well for the price tag. Worth every dollar.

Works great and was able to fix the sound issues i was dealing with in my setup using the x32 and pink noise generator.
The mic is a surprisingly good measurement microphone that won’t stress you out if it gets lost or banged up.
I check the calibration weekly and they're rock solid.
Slight high frequency boost (2 or 3 db) around 8kz.
Price
It’s affordable, works well for room measurements, and delivers accurate results without costing an arm and a leg.
I couldn't justify spending $500 on each mic, when these are giving us the consistency we need for less than 10% of the cost.
Competitiveness
Not as accurate as higher priced, other manufacturers models for the same purpose.

I once reviewed audio gear for magazine articles with my rta assisting but these days i just use the device the preamp and the microphone to check the speakers in the two audio systems i have in my home to enjoy
