Pros & Cons
Pros
The latches are a bit tricky until you get the hang of them. Purchased this unit for the good folks in keyport washington. Very happy, this system has many uses and a variety of ways to input media.
Nicely packaged with internal storage for the included microphone. The mic is great quality and it gives a lot of options to adjust the base, treble, and sound balance.
Cons
Be mindful when purchasing this unit. Advert shows microphone and lead included and some reviews refer to the microphone but it was not in the package. It is difficult since their website forms are broken, had to look at the html code to get the form ... Read More
Highlights
Quality
Excellent sound, very portable, bluetooth long distance a plus, the only thing i wish it had is an output to add a subwoofer,
The sound quality with a guitar and a voice plugged directly in is fantastic.
Plugged it in the first time, and it started smoking from the fan vent/smelled of electrical fire.
It comes apart and goes back together like a dream.
Price
For our new portable church, this was a great value and quality sound.
But, you pay $$$ for that gap.
$5 later i had a little drawstring backpack that i keep with the unit to carry the wireless mic and speaker cables.
Shipping
System arrived just in time and just as described.
Packaging/appearance
Nicely packaged with internal storage for the included microphone.
They are packed in the styrofoam of the box so if you just throw away the packing you'll miss them.
I had everything unpacked and set up in less then 15 minutes.
If i were to be over critical i would note that although well packaged there is no accommodation for the speaker cables.
Competitiveness
I had the previous model but this is a lot much better !
Firstly, i feel the behringer's sound quality was better than both of the other two systems for music playback.
If you haven't already guessed, my ranking of these products from best to worst is yamaha, behringer, and fender, with a pretty... Read More
Got to compare this to a yamaha stagepas 500, the stagepas is 14 db louder, the stagepas 600 is 30db louder, according to the specs.
