I stole that headline from another reviewer because thats what i went by when i bought mine and id say he hit the nail on the head ill add these are meant to be no more than 6 feet apart and theyre studio monitors meant to cover a very small area

You definitely need an external woofer with these if you want any bass

These are 2way and the midrange is driven by a 30 watt class d amp and the tweeter is driven by a 15 watt class d amp add some low end and you have a decent small speaker system for a small area for cheap
