Was expecting tube amp modeling, with the ability to shape the sounds of the tube amp. But is more like an overdrive, very heavy overdrive. Any tube sounds are at the extreme bottom of the range.

British amp set to high gain provides the best metal distortion i have yet experienced.
I bought this a long time ago, tried using it for a tube-amp sound running through my computer.
I try to avoid behringer whenever possible but the reviews on the tm300 were pretty good so i took the plunge.
Price
It is awesome for the price, i like the clean and british on high gain.
Sure behringer are mde of plastic but for for 33 $, they are pretty good.
I can't believe so much good amp tone comes at a very reasonable price.

If you want a gt2, get this instead and spend the difference on more gear.
I bought it and immediately liked it more than the vintage, so i ended up gifting the vintage to a friend.
This pedal sounds a lot like the vintage, but it's far more versatile.
