Pros

Behringer's x-air xr18 is everything i need in a mixer unit, with nothing i don't need. Plenty of in- and outputs and routing configurability. Android rocks. Tablet control via built-in wireless or external ethernet patch.

Behringer has lots of great videos on yt and articles on their site that will help you get the most out of this mixer. The 4 true stereo effects are way better than i expected. The stage memory is awesome.

With the exception of a weak built/in router, the hardware is excellent. Love being wireless and not having a 50ft snake to deal with. Remote control via wifi is fantastic for life performance.

Replaced our 24port macke board. The hardware feels strong and i have had no issues with anything breaking. Very flexible overall.

Unpowered out with l/rmain plus 6 xlr busses. Connects to elite core ec-wbp-vc wired body packs.

Cons

User interface is not very friendly/intuitive. The wifi is fine but they have not gotten the kinks out of the ipad app. A different screen on pc, android, and ipad is a pain.

I've been around quality sound equipment for years, but i've never had to buy my own until recently.

Price

For the price you can’t beat it.

Exceptional value for our church in a recently-acquired 100-year-old building.

You would have to pay twice as much.
