Amazing product, lousy manual, and online documentation is non-existent.
The factory pads lost their adhesion quickly, even had one fall off on the first use.

Price
This is moderately priced and worth every penny.
Great price and a huge range of options for electrodes.
Buying anything more expensive is just completely unnecessary.
They are not really very expensive -- heck they're a steal when you think about it.

I had an accessory question, reached out via amazon and within 24 hours betty had answered and had me squared away in no time.
Update - i contacted belifu and received a response within 24 hours.
They reached right out to me and offered to send me a replacement, a refund or another one of their products to make things right.
Packaging/appearance
First thing i noticed was the packaging.
The box is great for storage, but they also include a drawstring bag that holds everything.
Competitiveness
I use the ems programs much more than the tens presets, but everyone feels sensation differently, so you can find your own favorites.
