It is relatively easy to use (especially so if you read the instructions). Look for this size. I like that it is small and has a bag to put everything in, so convenient. Comes with a book showing pad placement.

The unit comes with multiple sized pads for different parts of your body. The pads that come with it work swell for a few uses before they become less tacky and more gummy.

This unit is a fantastic tens and ems unit for pain and muscle re-education/training. I was prescribed a tens unit years ago and lost it. When dealing with pain and rehab, you want the best to help heal you.
