This is much more complicated than the tens machine i had before which basically only had 34intensity34 and 34burstcontinuous34 controls but its not too hard to figure out

All its dozens of modes are variable complicated things and honestly if there was a 34continuous high frequency with nothing changing34 mode thats probably the one id use most but its pretty good
