Pros

Belifu 4 independent channel tens ems unit is really easy to use. The electrode pad quality is not an issue, as they can be rinsed under clean warm water to reset the adhesive. The pad adhesive is strong but not painful to remove.

The screen is very large and easy to read. The keypad is preferable to me to a touchscreen. Text is black and blue, like squinting at a bruise.

After you become familiar with the settings, this baby works like a charm! The selection of modes is very good. I love the different intensity and it goes up to 80 mins.

The manual, though not perfect, is reasonably laid out and reasonably understandable. That's pretty handy.

This unit was available at an affordable price and does the job.

For less than $40, this very handy little unit is exactly what i was looking for.

Packaging/appearance

The belifu tens machine comes pretty well packaged.

I also like that the entire system is pretty small and can be packed with a discreet gray bag that comes with the set.

If you are packing it up, it would probably be better to turn that switch off.

But i guess good thing come in small packages because it also can pack quite a punch at its highest setting.

Competitiveness

I have used other tens units before and the belifu unit works equally as good.

On a basic level, ems and tens therapies are similar.

Many manufacturers and sellers have a tendency to overstate the benefits.
