It helps so much and feels amazing, especially when used in conjunction with a heating pad. I just wish the user manual were a little more detailed about the modes.

The user manual is a bit small so placement charts hard to follow but they have larger ones on their website to view

The device is not great quality the screen shifted off angle one day and sometimes you have to turn it on and off multiple times to work but that is not too surprising given the price
