Pros
The battery lasts a long time on a single charge and the control allows for great control on the intensity and style of treatment i recieve. Immediate relief, super easy to setup and get going.
It works better then i expected, and the price is amazing. Really does provide temporary relief from muscle pain. It works, good luck.
Cons

I sent them a message and they quickly sent me out the missing case, as well as many packs of electrode pads.

Received the tens machine and the hard case was missing.
I purchased as a gift so took a look inside the box.
It seems okay but i will say it didn't come with a case for the unit or accessories which isn't ideal.
