Belker unit appears well-made, and arrived promptly and in good condition. Works like a charm. Really satisfied with the charger.
Works great used old connector from old power supply. It makes a buzzing sound when plugged in which is the only strange part but i simply unplug it.
Très facile à installer. Là couter +-30$ tout compris. Fini les batteries.
Cons
Didn't charge flashlight. Same with return. Will be requesting return/refund from amazon.

What i dont like is that theres no indicator of tip polarity so im unsure which polarity it supports

The voltage switch is on the base of the adapter and it needs a screw driver to change the voltage
