Pros & Cons
Pros
Outlets well-spaced to accommodate larger plugs. Very sturdy against the wall and screws in nicely to the middle of the outlet cover.
This surge protector has six outlets and two usb ports. It can be used to charge a range of devices, from smartphones and tablets to small appliances and laptops. The only con is the the prongs do not fold back into the charger.
Worth every penny. Highly recommend it. Buy it, won't regret it.
This is my second belkin 6-outlet wall-mounted surge protector. It has a set screw to mount it to the wall outlet receptacle so that it does not come unplugged easily.
Cons
Very disappointed and won’t be purchasing again. Don't buy this item.
The usb ports are both misaligned in the housing and cocked counterclockwise. The end without the prongs is so far off the wall that if you try to push a plug in, it pushes the entire charger toward the wall and almost unplugs the other side.
Surge protector is only rated to carry 10 watts. But the microwave is 1100 watts -- that's 110 times what this surge protector is rated for. Only two items were plugged in at the time, including a microwave.

Supposedly 1440 joules on the old one, but i had a lamp plugged in and the surges were visible.
Depending on how snug your connector will fit i found my power strip falling off every now and then.
Price
It's quite popular at work and is affordable.
Competitiveness
Love it far better than any other similar i've bought.
It quit working and iooked at the store where we bought that one, but they no longer carry that brand.
This is belkin and so far, there are still surges, but they seem fewer and further between.
Also, some hotel outlets, especially if they’re on a lamp, are not the most stable.

Flat front may cause larger transformerplugs to interfere with eachother

I dont like that the unit only has one 15 amp plug on the back that plugs into a dual socket in the wall i would prefer two plugs in order to share the load current

Instead the lower plug is a plastic prong that can be broken off if your socket has nonstandard vertical spacing such as a gfci breaker which you should not use these on as they would cover the testreset buttons and indicators
