The swivel allows for bulkier plugs and adapters to be used. The positional outlets make it so you can plug anything in and not worry about another plug being in the way.
Cons
It beeps incessantly. I live in south america and have my purchases forwarded. Belkin claims a lifetime warranty but its a total nightmare to try and even go about filing any kind of claim that the hassle isn't even close to being worth it.

Price
I added inexpensive push on led lights to provide adequate lighting.
I'm cheap and hated spending money on things i can't see or use all the time.
The price is right on this one.

The only one i found relevant is the one noting that red light grounded no red light not properly grounded there are confusions on the web site about this but the warranty is clear and states it properly and in one review the reviewer tested that

You buy an additional home office appliance the plug is straight easy or sideways or has a bulky transformer of any shape and when you plug to one socket some cover 2 or more outlets

You end up to buy a 8 outlets power strip but can use only 12 of it

Soon and as you have lost 12 of the sockets you need a second power strip extension and you start to be tempted to daisy chain them and you know this should not be done but you dont have another wall plug
