Although it's a bit pricey that's kind of the cost of thunderbolt cables currently. Overall, highly recommend this cable. And the bottom line is that this is a fantastic cable.

This cable runs from my thunderbolt hub, made by anker, to my dell xps 9300. It's backwards compatible with usb 3 and thunderbolt 3 so it can work with a broad swath of computers.

I use this a couple time a week and it no longer can securely connect to my phone, whether it be for power or for data. Still hard to justify the price tag.

Even at full retail this cable is worth the price.

Belkin is a brand i trust and rely on, so it's an excellent alternative to apple's version.
