Pros
Belkin is a recognized brand with longevity and a good reputation. Its all-aluminum body and black glass front and rear panels exude a feeling of high-end quality. The power brick is large as it needs to deliver a good amount of power.
Belkin's thunderbolt 4/usb4 dock is a great addition to my arsenal of macbook tools. The port is compatible with windows machines as well.

It has a nice heft to it and seems very well made.
It’s simple and slim, and isn’t full of ports i won’t use.
Sounds would become all garbled for several seconds, the go back to normal.
Price
The price is great and it has worked out for me.
Somewhat expensive but an excellent way to connect peripheral devices via thunderbolt 4 or usb port to your new macbook air or macbook pro.
For the price though it could have had an extra port or two.

Most hubs only have one upstream port whereas kvm switches have two or more upstream ports
