Its still working , quality pad , good price

For the cost, the longevity and the results (keeping the pc cool) it is worth it.

I am rather upset by this as i paid more for this thinking it would be a high quality product.

I did not have this length problem with the targus cord, which was several inches longer.

Great product at a great amazon price

Unfortunately, that adds $5 more to the cost of the cooling pad.

Packaging/appearance

I guess my only complaint is that this easy maintenance suggestion isn't printed on the packaging.

The reason why i chose this pad (besides the lack of selection at the store) is i noticed the the strip running along the bottom.

Competitiveness

That makes it quite comfortable -- more than the fabric-covered but uncushioned targus.

Paid a dollar more than amazon's price.
