Im giving it 4 stars only because of the quality of the glue that is used to keep the velcro in place on the arm band

Ive had the small tab that attaches to the main band fall off due to the glue failing so i had to sew it on myself not pretty but it worked then the large strip has started coming off the only thing holding it on at this point are the 2 points that are actually sewn everything else has lifted off the band due to glue failure

I like to wash my band every week because it does retain the smell of sweat i think this constant washing is what caused the glue to fail

As other people have stated the touch responsiveness for scrolling the click wheel isnt at all good through the plastic

The plastic has split away from the fabric on one side and my ipod is in danger of falling out the side at any time

If youre wanting it to last a long time i wouldnt recommend this armband
